About the Emunah Project
Where the Twelve Tribes of Israel Come Together
The Emunah Project is a nonprofit organization founded by Rav Dror Moshe Cassouto in Jerusalem in 2016.
What began as a way to share teachings about faith and connection with HaShem has grown into a worldwide community of people searching, learning, reconnecting, and discovering their roots.
Some grew up deeply connected to Judaism. Some are returning after many years away. Some are only beginning to learn, and others come from completely different backgrounds but feel an unexpected connection to Torah, Israel, the Jewish people, or HaShem and want to understand where that connection comes from.
Emunah exists to give that journey a place to grow.
If you want to understand more about the Twelve Tribes, their story, and what their scattering across the world could mean for us today, Rav Dror explores this subject in depth in his book Awakening the Tribes.
A Place to Come Closer to HaShem
We believe that coming closer to HaShem doesn't look exactly the same for everyone.
For one person, it may begin with learning how to pray. For another, opening a Jewish book for the first time. Someone else may be looking for deeper Torah learning, trying to reconnect with their Jewish roots, going through a difficult period in life, or simply asking questions they haven't found a place to ask before.
Our role is not to tell everyone that their journey should look the same.
It is to provide teachings, tools, guidance, and community that can help each person take their next step.
Through videos, classes, books, articles, prayer, personal guidance, and online communities, we try to make authentic Jewish wisdom accessible to people wherever they are in the world and wherever they are in their journey.
Learning With Rav Dror
At the heart of the Emunah Project are the teachings of Rav Dror Moshe Cassouto.
Drawing from Torah, Breslov, Jewish spirituality, and years of working personally with people from around the world, Rav Dror teaches about developing a real relationship with HaShem and bringing faith into everyday life.
His teachings are shared freely across our social platforms, through books and longer classes, and through the Emunah Academy for those who want to go deeper.
More Than an Online Community
Although much of our community meets online, the work of Emunah extends far beyond social media.
We help people learn and pray, send prayers to holy sites throughout Israel, publish Jewish books and educational resources, provide personal guidance, and support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
These may look like very different activities, but to us they are all part of the same mission.
Faith should not remain an idea.
It should become something we live, share, and use to bring more goodness into the lives of others.
Books That Travel Where We Cannot
One of the ways Rav Dror's teachings have reached people around the world is through his books.
His books explore faith, Hitbodedut, personal growth, Jewish identity, spiritual awakening, and the search for a deeper relationship with HaShem. Alongside them, we also offer Jewish books and resources chosen to help people continue learning and growing at home.
For someone thousands of miles away from Israel, sometimes a book becomes the beginning of something much bigger.
A Global Community With Many Stories
Today, people encounter Emunah from countries and backgrounds we never could have imagined when the project began, and no two stories are exactly alike.
That has become an important part of what Emunah means to us.
We are not building a community of people who have already figured everything out. We are building a place for people who are still growing, learning, asking questions, making mistakes, beginning again, and trying to come closer to HaShem.
Across different countries, backgrounds, and journeys, Emunah is a place for us to find one another and come closer to HaShem together.
How This Work Continues
Emunah Project Inc. is a nonprofit organization, and the work we do is made possible by people who believe in this mission.
Support helps us continue creating and sharing Torah content, developing educational resources, reaching people searching for their roots, maintaining our global community, and helping individuals and families in need.
When you support Emunah, you are helping this work reach someone else.
Someone who may be searching from the other side of the world.
Someone who may feel alone in their journey.
Someone who may simply need to discover that there is a place for them here.
